Component assembly line

In addition to the automatic assembly line of one of its customers, Egaratelek manufactured a set of 4 semi-automatic assembly units for the insertion, handling and final verification of components for the auxiliary automotive industry.

This project allows the customer to reduce manufacturing times and, therefore, to increase its production capacity to meet an increase in demand.

This includes four single-user stations for assembling components of the indicators of a car model. At each station, all the components needed are inserted semi-automatically and in the final station (EOL) it is checked that all of the components are correct and meet the required quality standards.
